I know that writing in German excludes many people from understanding what this is all about. You can check out the Google translation, there is a link to that in the right sidebar as well. But I totally agree that the translation is crap. It starts witht the title that is translated to “elek · trichloroethylene · sch · outer” which obviously doesnt make any sense at all…
Hence another good advise is to learn German! It is not as difficult as it seems and there is some fun stuff on the web that will help you doing it. You can find some of the useful things here, including German Hiphoppers rapping abbrevations in german 
And once you have grabbed the basics, you can do so many more things than “only” reading my blog properly.
